Patrick provides legal advice on property finance, property acquisitions & disposals, asset management and property insolvency matters.
He acts for a wide range of lenders and financial institutions on both lending and recoveries matters and for leading real estate investment and asset management clients.
Recent experience for Patrick includes advising Aviva, Santander, The Co-operative Bank, Hampshire Trust Bank and other institutional lenders on secured lending instructions over a wide range of sectors.
Patrick is lead advisor to a number of clients on real estate investment and asset management matters, including Manchester Airport Group, Peel Land, St John Ambulance, SpaMedica, Landmark Investments Group and Seneca Property.
