Peter has worked for many national high street brands, as well as professional services firms and property investment companies. Acting on both Landlord and Tenant side means that Peter has a great understanding of what is required to ensure a deal can be done.
Peter is familiar with all types of retail outlets and their structure, from small concessions to retail park anchor units, with particular experience in garden centre locations and outlets.
Having acted for retailers for many years, Peter has a good understanding of the industry, and the particular concerns and requirements of retailers.
