She has extensive experience in complex employment tribunal litigation in claims for breach of contract, unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing and TUPE failure to consult.

Experience
- Advising a large UK hospitality client in an illegal work and national minimum wage investigation by HMRC and the Home Office and leading the team conducting a large scale internal audit.
- Representing a UK retailer in an employment tribunal claim arising brought by USDAW on behalf of their members along with 30 individual claimants arising out of a TUPE transfer for unfair dismissal and failure to collectively inform and consult.
- Advising an online retailer on the TUPE implications of outsourcing their warehousing and distribution function.
- Leading the team fully managing the sponsor licence of an international construction firm, to include advise in relation to a re-application for a sponsor licence following a change in ownership, linking 30 other branches and entities to the licence, audit, training and supporting with visa applications for both skilled workers and global business mobility.
- Working on a project with an international client in conjunction with their board and senior management to develop their EDI strategy and with the wider management team on implementing this.
