He advises Government, public sector bodies, sponsors, private sector organisations and consortia in structuring and negotiating all forms of corporate and contractual joint ventures and alliances, PPPs and other long term partnering arrangements around complex and critical infrastructure assets. He has extensive experience in the airport sector advising airport owner/operators and investors generally, and particularly in relation to the privatisation, disposal and acquisition of Infrastructure assets. Nick advised Heathrow Airport Limited for over 15 years, advising Heathrow on some of its most strategically important matters including the Expansion Programme (Third Runway).
He has over 25 years’ experience advising clients in the Infrastructure sector, with a particular focus on airports. He has also held a global leadership role overseeing client relationships within the Infrastructure sector for a number of years.
