He advises Government, public sector bodies, sponsors, private sector organisations and consortia in structuring and negotiating all forms of corporate and contractual joint ventures and alliances, PPPs and other long-term partnering arrangements around complex and critical infrastructure assets. He has over 30 years’ experience in the airport sector advising numerous airport owner/operators and investors in relation to both day-to-day operational matters as well as strategic, business critical projects, including the privatisation, disposal and acquisition of Infrastructure assets.
He has over 30 years’ experience advising clients in the Infrastructure sector, with a particular focus on transport. He has also held a global leadership role overseeing client relationships within the Infrastructure sector for a number of years.
