Senior Associate
Lucy is a senior associate in the Incentives team and advises both listed and private companies on the implementation and operation of their share plans, with a particular focus on EMI and HMRC approved all employee share plans.
She also has experience of advising private companies in relation to the impact of corporate transactions on share incentive arrangements.
Lucy trained at TLT, qualified in March 2014 and spent two years working in the Deloitte Incentives and Reward Team, before returning to TLT in August 2019.
