Legal Director
William is a Legal Director in the Incentives and Tax team and is also a Chartered Tax Adviser.
William provides tax advice on a wide range of corporate tax matters. He has extensive experience in advising companies and individuals on the tax aspects of company and business acquisitions and disposals and also on employee share option and share incentive arrangements.
William was first ranked in Chambers 2012 as one of the “Associates to Watch”. He has been ranked as a “Next Generation Lawyer” in the Legal 500.
William is a member of the Association of Taxation Technicians and the Chartered Institute of Taxation.
