With over 20 years of progressive legal and operational experience gained predominantly in-house, including leading legal operations, technology strategy and transformation at Director level for a FTSE 100 organisation, Helen has a proven track record of embedding Generative AI and legal technology at scale, building legal data foundations, and transforming external legal spend programmes. Qualified as a solicitor, she combines this operational expertise with substantive legal practice and client-facing commercial experience, helping clients shape legal functions that are ready for what's next.
