In the past year, TLT’s India focused practice has been commended for its cross-border advisory reach proving to be a gateway to Europe. Work completed by the firm’s India-focused team has ranged from advising ICICI Bank UK on a multi-jurisdictional refinancing of a USD100 million loan to a Maldivian borrower to representing a consortium of banks on a high-profile matter against businessman Dr Vijay Mallya. TLT also supported Speciality Restaurants, headquartered in Kolkata, for its UK market entry with its flagship restaurant, Chourangi.
