Work completed by the firm’s India-focused team has ranged from advising ICICI Bank UK on a multi-jurisdictional refinancing of a USD100 million loan to a Maldivian borrower to representing a consortium of banks on a high-profile matter against businessman Dr Vijay Mallya. Dual-qualified in England and India, Mumuksha brings extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and cross-border transactions. Her appointment further strengthens TLT‚Äôs India practice and underscores its commitment to delivering seamless, international corporate advice to clients operating across both jurisdictions.
