Ken Ross

Regularly instructed by large corporates, government bodies, SMEs and private individuals, Ken enjoys working closely with clients to understand their commercial priorities and objectives.

Alongside litigation, Ken has experience of all forms of alternative dispute resolution, including arbitration (both international and domestic), mediation and negotiation.

Ken undertakes advisory as well as contentious work and has delivered training sessions to clients’ in-house legal teams on topics such as disclosure. Ken has also written / contributed to a number of articles and client guides on a range of topics including business interruption insurance, and has co-hosted episodes of TLT’s “CDR in 10” video series.

Ken sits on TLT’s Greener Disputes Committee which works to promote sustainable conduct in commercial disputes.

• Acting for the respondent in a complex international arbitration worth over $100million under the LCIA rules;
• A successful settlement of a complex pension scheme dispute following an effective alternative dispute resolution process; and
• Successfully acting for the claimant in the trial of a high-profile trespass claim, which received extensive media coverage.
