Head of Legal Project Management
Megan is TLT’s Head of Legal Project Management.
She has over 10 years’ experience in the legal services industry with the majority of these in alternative delivery and innovation strategy roles.
Prior to joining TLT, she led the Legal Services Centre at Webber Wentzel (in alliance with Linklaters) in South Africa, where she was responsible for the firm’s LPM, legal innovation and alternative resourcing strategies. She is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
