Our experience

FTSE100 Company

A FTSE100 company appointed a new General Counsel at a pivotal moment, as the business set out on a major transformation and new strategic direction. The legal team needed to redefine its purpose and align with the company’s refreshed vision.

We worked closely with the General Counsel and the leadership legal team, running a series of interactive workshops to help them articulate a new vision and strategy that reflected both the company’s ambitions and the evolving role of in-house legal.

To ensure lasting impact, we provided legal project management training and coaching. This gave the in-house team the skills and confidence to deliver their projects independently, embedding a culture of continuous improvement.

UK clearing bank

A UK clearing bank asked us to review the operating model of several litigation teams. The brief included analysing team structure, data, management information, technology, expertise, resources and workflow, with the aim of identifying the most effective way to deliver litigation support to the business.

We carried out an independent assessment of processes, resourcing, governance and data, using our 3Ps value framework.

Our work delivered an evidence-based analysis, highlighting both quick wins and longer-term transformation opportunities. The result was a roadmap for greater strategic value and improved operational efficiency.
