Solutions
LPM for a specific project
We will deploy an LPM to your team for the duration of the project. The LPM can be utilised on a full or part-time basis and will design the project schedule. The LPM will also maintain the risk log, decision log, RACI, and resourcing plan. In addition, with the assistance of TLT’s FutureLaw legal technologist, we can advise on specific legal software that may be appropriate for the project.
LPM for a programme
Our LPMs can manage your programme including reporting on progress of all the projects and the programme overall, ensuring risks are constantly managed, ensuring bottlenecks are addressed on a programme level and keeping an eye on scope, budget, and timelines of the programme.
LPM training
We offer training that is customised to your organisation includingbasics of project management, creation and maintenance of project collateral, communication in projects and the role of the project sponsor. Other topics include how to work alongside law firm LPMs and more focussed sessions on key topics. Training can be delivered virtually or in person and can be customised to cover specific organisational strategic objectives such as developing resilience.
Advisory support
For building your in‑house LPM capability: We help in-house teams design and establish a robust in‑house Legal Project Management functions. We offer strategic guidance throughout the recruitment and team‑building process. This can include defining role profiles and competency frameworks, advising on team structure, reviewing and shortlisting candidate CVs, conducting initial screening interviews, and providing recommendations on the strongest candidates aligned to your operational needs.
Flex resourcing
We understand the projects and programmes often require more resource than the organisation can spare. TLT can assist with obtaining contractor resources for specific projects. This may include paralegals, legal assistants, or experienced legal professionals.
