UK national law firm TLT has advised Drainage Consultants Limited on its sale to Metcor Group - a leading provider of specialist maintenance services to the built environment.

Drainage Consultants Limited is a trusted name in the drainage industry, providing expert solutions for both commercial and residential clients across the UK. Located in Stockport, the firm operates across multiple sectors including hospitality and leisure, social housing, commercial, retail, facilities management, healthcare, industrial, aviation, and property management.

The acquisition by Metcor will strengthen each firm’s respective operations and provides opportunities to broaden Drainage Consultants’ service offering to its clients across the UK, creating a truly differentiated national champion in commercial wastewater infrastructure maintenance services.

TLT provided legal advice on all elements of the transaction, The team was led by Victoria Zivkovic, Corporate Partner with support from Greg Mazgajczyk, Senior Associate, William Ngan, Legal Director and Andrew Grethe, Senior Associate.
