TLT moves into cutting edge new Birmingham premises

UK national law firm TLT now occupies the sixth floor of One Centenary Way, in a move that cements the firm’s commitment to the City.

TLT announced the move in December 2025, driven by its exponential growth since entering the Birmingham market in 2023. The firm recently welcomed two new partners in Birmingham, Ollie Ward-Jones in Restructuring and Insolvency and Alison Richards in Public Sector procurement, bringing headcount to over 60, including 15 partners.

The new office space at One Centenary Way sits within a multi-award-winning development, as one of the UK’s most sustainable commercial spaces. It was selected for its alignment with the firm’s commitment to its values, and focus on sustainability, flexibility and wellbeing as drivers of collaboration and innovation.

The office’s design embraces the latest working practices and places sustainability at its core, supporting TLT’s environmental commitments. It boasts a low-carbon steel façade made using renewable energy, all-electric infrastructure, and SMART building design that supports wellbeing.

Birmingham, together with TLT in New Clarendon (Edinburgh), Eden (Manchester), Cadworks (Glasgow) and London, reflects the firm’s ongoing commitment to its locations as core to its national growth strategy, and continued investment in modern, inclusive workplaces that facilitate connections, enhance client experience and support talent attraction and retention.

Commenting on the new office, Mark Elder, Partner and Head of Location for Birmingham said: “The One Centenary Way development has been generating plenty of buzz in the Birmingham business community, for its pioneering sustainability and wellbeing focussed design. It’s the ideal match for the next phase of our ambitious growth and our strategy centred on collaboration and innovation, underpinned by a commitment to our people and values.

“We are hugely proud to be in Birmingham, and of our achievements to date. We launched here with three people, just two and a half years later we number three times that. That sends a clear signal that we are delivering on our commitments to our clients, to our people and to Birmingham. We are here for the long-term, and will continue to build.”

Chief People Officer, Helen Hodgkinson, added: “We’ve seen exponential growth in Birmingham that demands a new, future-proofed space providing a platform to continue to grow, collaborate and innovate together to deliver on our 2030 strategy, for each other and for our clients. Our move to One Centenary Way reiterates our commitment to the city, and our people and clients in the Midlands.”
