Lasting Powers of Attorney
Drafting Lasting Powers of Attorney for Financial and Property affairs for a client who is no longer able to leave her house due to mobility issues with the primary objective being that her son could assist her with their finances and payment of bills, whilst she still had capacity.
Wills
Advising a blended family on their Wills ensuring that each other could remain living in the property as long as required, whilst also protecting assets for the ultimate benefit of their respective children.
Estate Administration
Advising clients on estates which are considered complex including:
- an estate where the deceased owned multiple properties and several substantial investment portfolios; and
- an estate where the deceased owned chattels worth over £20million and corresponding with a well-known auction house to enable their valuation, transport and storage.
