Stelios Andriotis

Stelios is a partner in the Greek Ship Finance team based in TLT’s Piraeus office, admitted at the Athens Bar Association and advising banks, financial institutions and private equity funds lending to the Greek market (with some additional experience in the Turkish market).

He is involved extensively on all aspects of loan and security documentation and related corporate matters for a broad range of facilities, including new-building facilities, second hand financings and the restructuring of existing facilities. Prior to working in Piraeus, Stelios worked at an international law firm in Cairo advising o.n a variety of cross border transactions, BOT contracts and joint ventures, and is fluent in English and Greek with professional working proficiency in German
