Tom has acted on a number of high profile transactions, including the £50m acquisition of Fleet Mortgages by Starling Bank, the merger of Newcastle and Manchester Building Societies, the multi-billion FSMA Part VII transfer of the UK business of Triodos Bank NV, the acquisition of numerous portfolios of shared equity mortgages, the acquisition of the economic interest in a £120m equity release portfolio via a total return swap, the sale of the Sharia-compliant Alburaq portfolio by Bank of Ireland to Offa and the forward flow funding arrangement between Penrith Building Society and Generation Home.

Tom provides clients with an excellent service and sees issues from their perspective, having undertaken a 12-month secondment with NatWest.
