TLT duo shortlisted for Women in Law Awards

Siân Ashton, a partner in TLT’s FutureLaw team, has been shortlisted for the ‘Innovator of the Year’ award for her role in the development of TLTOne. TLTOne is a new contract lifecycle tool designed to help clients reduce risk and business-as-usual workloads.

Sarah Green, an associate in TLT’s family team, is nominated for ‘Outstanding Returner of the Year’. On her return to the firm following maternity leave, Sarah set up the Bristol arm of new London-born initiative, the Women Lawyers and Mothers Network, to help create opportunities for women who have taken a career break to increase their confidence and visibility at work.

The awards aim to shape the discussion around improving diversity by highlighting some of the most forward-thinking initiatives of the year.

The winners will be announced at a virtual ceremony on Wednesday 11 November.
