TLT shortlisted for two private practice awards at the Legal Innovation Awards 2023
The Legal Innovation Awards recognise excellence in innovation from private practice, in-house legal departments and suppliers. The awards celebrate lawyers’ crucial role in promoting innovation, working in tandem with colleagues in other disciplines such as marketing, business development, finance, IT, project management, operations, PR and recruitment. The awards also recognise legal tech providers shaking up the industry.
TLT was nominated for the Innovation in ESG award in recognition following the firm’s outstanding sustainability initiatives, which include having its net-zero target validated by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi).
The firm was also recognised in the Future of Legal Services (Mid-Sized Private Practice) category for the launch of TLT Concierge, a simple and secure online platform to manage the inflow of in-house legal work and prioritise, automate and analyse that work. With analytics and automation built in, it is the next generation of legal front door, moving the proposition on from a simple legal work intake tool.
Maria Connolly, partner and executive board member who sponsors sustainability at TLT, said: “We’re thrilled to be shortlisted for the Innovation in ESG award. Sustainability and net-zero are pivotal to our firmwide strategy and we’re always working to go above and beyond to achieve our sustainability goals for our colleagues, clients, wider community, and environment.”
James Touzel, head of FutureLaw at TLT, said: “Having designed TLT Concierge after extensive consultations with our clients, we are honoured be shortlisted for the Future of Legal Services award, seeing the solution’s value being recognised once again by the wider legal industry.”
