Managed Legal Services at TLT is about people, processes and technology working together to deliver outstanding, alternative legal services to our legal teams and clients.  In Cape Town, we have access to exceptional legal talent with Alternative Legal Services Provider (ALSP) expertise, working hand in hand with our legal technologists and operational managers to deliver large scale projects and business as usual requirements.  

Our team in Cape Town work to the same processes and standards as our colleagues across the UK, providing additional scale and flexible resourcing. Most of our work is initiated, designed and managed in the UK, working in collaboration with our local delivery experts to provide a seamless experience for our clients. Importantly, while our Cape Town team plays a pivotal role in supporting our global MLS offering, we do not deliver legal services to the South African market. Instead, the focus remains on augmenting our international solutions, using Cape Town’s outstanding legal talent pool to drive innovation and value for our clients worldwide.
