Emily has acted on several high-profile cases and regularly advises clients on breach of contract, professional negligence, energy disputes, IT disputes, data breaches and procurement challenges.
Emily has a strong track record of achieving successful outcomes across a range of disputes and provides strategic advice to help achieve commercial solutions for clients. Emily sits on TLT’s Greener Litigation Pledge Committee and is also a member of the Greener Litigation Court Engagement Working Group.

- Acting for the Secretary of State for the Home Department in its successful application to lift the automatic suspension in respect of a c.£1.2 billion procurement for delivery of the UK’s global visa and immigration network - Teleperformance Contact Limited v Secretary of State for the Home Department [2023] EWHC 2481 (TCC)
- Defeated an application for pre-action disclosure relating to an alleged DPA breach for a prominent British telecommunications provider, preventing exposure to further claims.
- Regularly instructed by a public body for claims relating to supply of goods contracts, including a breach of a £240m contract.
- Advising travel providers as claimants and defendants in the wake of the COVID19 pandemic, including in relation to the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018.
