
TLT advises the shareholders of Bamboo Technology Group on sale
National law firm TLT has advised the shareholders of Bamboo Technology Group on its sale to CloudClevr – a Rigby Technology Investments (RTI) backed provider of IT and communication services.
Bamboo Technology Group is a leading communications and IT specialist based in Cheltenham. The acquisition will support the growth and development of CloudClevr bringing complementary communications and IT capabilities to the group.
TLT advised on all legal aspects of the transaction, involving cross-service expertise. The deal was led by head of corporate Andrew Webber and supported by Dan Whitewood, Joanna Grover and Austen Howarth from the corporate team; Georgia Bew from the banking team; Mark Braude and Amy Thompson from the tax team; and Dan Read and Lacey Hill from the commercial team.
