National law firm TLT has advised global energy merchant, Uniper, on its securing of a 46.2 MW wind project in Scotland from Energiekontor. The transaction further underscores TLT’s position as a 1st tier adviser to the UK’s future energy sector following its recent ranking in the top ten most influential law firms in clean energy M&A worldwide in Clean Energy Pipeline’s 2025 League Tables.

The wind farm is an important milestone in Uniper’s renewables business. Uniper is committed to expanding renewable its portfolio across Europe, focusing on the UK, Germany, France, Italy, Sweden, Hungary, and Poland. The goal is to develop up to 10 gigawatts (GW) of ready-to-build projects by the early 2030s.
