Our international trade practice brings together our team’s experience working in government, private practice and international organisations. We apply this experience to find innovative solutions to our clients’ trade-related legal issues. We advise on all areas of international trade, including international agreements (including free trade agreements), World Trade Organization (WTO) law and tariffs, subsidy control, regulatory barriers to trade, supply chain risks, trade remedies, export controls, sanctions, international regulatory due diligence, and investment structuring.
TLT is a member of the UK Government’s Trade Law Panel, and we have been appointed as external advisers for a number of free trade agreement negotiations.
Our team has played a proud role supporting the UK Government in pioneering a new trade landscape post Brexit. We have unprecedented insight into UK trade and negotiation practice and its interdependence with policy and regulation.
