Clare is a Partner in our pensions team
Clare is an experienced pensions lawyer who advises trustees of occupational pension schemes on a wide variety of legal issues and projects, particularly bulk purchase annuity transactions. She also advises employers on issues relating to their pension arrangements, including on corporate transactions.
She also specialises in pensions issues within the education sector as well as on public sector pension provision, most notably the Local Government Pension Scheme.
Clare is a member of the Association of Pension Lawyers and is co-chair of the Midlands Association of Pension Lawyers as well as a committee member of the Midlands Pensions UK (formerly PLSA).
