
Pension Schemes Bill 2025: what does it mean for you?
The publication of the highly-anticipated Pension Schemes Bill on 5 June 2025, and the government’s responses to the first part of the Pensions Investment Review in the preceding week, kicked off a programme of extensive reform, set to come into force – and to necessitate significant work for providers, DB, DC and Public Sector schemes alike – over the next few years.
We will watch the progress of the Bill, and publication of underlying regulations and guidance, with great interest. But given the scale of the changes trustees, employers and providers all have much to consider; speak to us to discuss the implications for you, and your next steps.
