• Varying an intestate estate to honour the deceased’s wishes after they passed away before their statutory will application was approved by the Court.
• Preparing and submitting double taxation relief claims to HMRC to claim a refund of IHT where the deceased held assets in other jurisdictions.
• Advising executors on UK estate administration and obtaining a UK Grant of Probate when the deceased was domiciled outside the UK, including Hungary, South Africa, Greece and the US.
