Stuart is highly experienced in his field having over 15 years' experience as an employment specialist.
He has particular expertise in reorganisations and redundancies, TUPE and workplace consultation.
He has taught employment law on the Bristol Business School's prestigious MBA course and is a regular speaker for the Industrial Law Society and the Employment Lawyers Association.
Stuart has a Masters in Law and Employment Relations and has acted as the South West Representative of the Employment Lawyers' Association. He is independently recognised as an expert in the field of employment by Chambers UK, a guide to the legal profession.
Stuart qualified in 1995.

- Managing a large portfolio of Tribunal claims for a national waste management company
- Advising an insurance provider with regard to significant restructuring and senior exits
- Successfully negotiating settlement of a Tribunal claim of age discrimination via a private mediation process for a respondent
- Advising a number of financial institutions in relation to the implementation of and compliance with the Senior Managers Regime.
