Deborah is experienced in dealing with a wide range of banking and financial services matters for financial institutions both as claimant and defendant.
She advises on complex recoveries and issues involving bank security, contractual disputes as well as fraud. She advises clients in relation to high value litigation, personal and corporate recoveries, and sensitive reputational issues. This includes complex recoveries arising out of personal and corporate lending, title and security issues as well as litigating arising out of secured lending both in the retail and corporate arena.
Clients can benefit from Deborah's specialist experience in this area and her understanding of the wealth of issues that arise in course of the bank customer relationship.
Deborah joined TLT in 2000 and became a partner in 2011.
