Jacob jointly leads the Private Wealth practice, helping our clients manage the transfer of wealth to the next generation, and helping family members support each other to protect the family wealth.
His work typically includes advising on Wills, Powers of Attorney, lifetime Trusts and other wealth protection structures.
Jacob specialises in:
Advising business owners on their estate planning, whether that will take effect during lifetime or on death; and
Advising families with international elements, including helping to co-ordinate international Wills, and explaining and planning around UK tax as people move between jurisdictions.
Jacob’s extensive experience dealing with foreign jurisdictions make him exceptionally well suited to advising clients with assets abroad, or who have moved to or from the UK.
Jurisdiction: England & Wales
