Senior Associate

Jessica is a Senior Associate in the Financial Services Disputes & Investigations team.
She acts on a wide range of banking litigation matters for UK and International banks and financial services clients and has particular experience in mis-selling claims, high-value cross-border recoveries actions and professional negligence claims.
Jessica has completed two secondments with the Litigation team of a major UK clearing bank.

Experience
- Defending a UK private bank in a large group action against allegations of negligent tax advice and mis-selling in relation to both film and property investment schemes.
- Acting for a high-net worth individual and associated companies in defence of claims brought for alleged breaches of facility agreements for the financing of a property and super-yacht totalling c.£65m.
- Acting for an international bank in obtaining judgment for c.$20m against a diamond cutting and polishing business based in Botswana.
- Working on a high-profile banking complaints and remediation scheme for a major UK bank.
