Louise Humphrey

Louise has acted in arbitrations and mediations, many of which have led to successful settlements, and she also acted in injunctive proceedings which involved managing a complex commercial settlement. She has also assisted TLT’s Construction team on high value claims.

Louise is passionate about sustainability and is a member of the Manchester Sustainability Forum and sits on TLT’s Greener Litigation Pledge Committee which aims to make the disputes process more sustainable through the use of remote hearings and electronic bundles.

• Acting for Adam Frisby, founder of In The Style Fashion Limited in a £125 million claim issued against him – we won the case. We made an application for disclosure and the Judgment from that hearing was reported as it dealt with a complex area of law RE: Waiver of Privilege. Read more.

• Acted for a client against whom an urgent third-party disclosure order was made, helping to coordinate and oversee a team of reviewers in a complex disclosure review process.
