Michael Collins

Michael qualified as a solicitor in 2014 and he has gained particular experience in debt recovery and banking and financial services litigation, and acts for a variety of lender clients, both pursuing and defending claims. He regularly appears at Sheriff Courts throughout Scotland.

Michael has been involved in large scale cross-jurisdictional projects, acting on behalf of major financial institutions. He has also gained in-house experience, providing him with a valuable insight into debt recovery and financial services litigation from a lender's perspective.
