Aroa has experience acting for a variety of financial institutions, including banks, lenders, insurers and reinsurers, on a broad range of complex and high value banking litigation disputes. These include contractual disputes, consumer credit disputes, fraud and financial crime, title rectification and complex recoveries.

Aroa has completed a successful secondment to the litigation and regulation team of a well-known tech company, and is currently on secondment to the litigation and investigations team of a major challenger bank.
