Senior Associate
Felicity advises banks, building societies and other lenders on secured and unsecured recoveries, dealing with both commercial and retail lending.
She acts for lenders in complex banking disputes and high value litigation, often involving reputational issues.
Felicity is experienced in acting for LPA receivers and fixed charge receivers and has advised both receivers and lender clients appointing receivers on a range of receivership issues.
Experience
- Advising joint fixed charge receivers appointed over properties, on issues arising from their appointment including obtaining possession from unauthorised occupiers.
- Acting for a major UK building society in defending a High Court claim commenced by the occupiers of security property, including allegations of overriding interests.
- Advising a major UK bank on resolution of a high value debt recovery dispute
- Undertaking security reviews for lenders and advising on enforcement strategy.
