Managing Associate

Harriet is a senior associate in the Financial Services Disputes and Investigations team.
She has over 8 years’ experience working for a range of financial institutions including clearing banks, payment service providers and lenders.
Harriet has extensive experience in relation to negligent investment advice claims (primarily derivative misselling claims). She has also advised in relation to possession claims, Consumer Credit Act claims, asset and sales finance, fraud, and breach of contract claims.
Harriet has experience of managing remediation projects for major financial institutions. She has also completed two successful secondments to the litigation and investigation team of a major clearing bank.
