Client Service Director

Sarah is a Client Service Director and Head of TLT’s Mortgage Enforcement team across England & Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland.
She has over 17 years’ experience in both secured and unsecured debt recovery. She is responsible for overseeing the teams that specialise in repossession litigation and customer contact.
Sarah also has responsibility for driving efficiencies across the business, and with clients, has developed close relationships internally and externally to implement business process improvements. Sarah also manages TLT’s Customer Outcome team, ensuring customers are treated fairly and achieving the right outcomes for both customers and clients.
Sarah joined TLT in 2005 and became a Client Service Director in 2021.
