• Supported on a project regarding a cryptocurrency exchange in ensuring its compliance with regulatory standards.
• Advising and assisting a Bank on Timeshare Disputes and its engagement with the Financial Ombudsman Service, Claimant Law Firms and CMC's  with an in-depth understanding of complaints and redress schemes.
• Assisting a Bank with its initial consideration of the FCA's motor remediation redress scheme.
• Advising a number of Banks and Lenders on a variety of mortgage related claims.
• Regularly advising Receivership clients in respect of contentious matters arising from their duties.
• Advising Lenders and Banks on subrogation claims and forfeiture claims that have arisen.
• Advising a number of Banks and Lenders on title rectification issues on perfecting security which can sometimes involve engagement with the SRA and Insurers.
