- Advising a loan provider who was the victim of a large cyber data theft of customer data, including the personal information of approximately 65,000 individuals.
- Advising a pay day lender on a group claim of negligence for not having the appropriate security in place to prevent a successful hack on the pay-day lender where customer details were stolen.
