Claire has supported the public sector with a range of complex/high value procurements, including the procurement of critical national infrastructure.
Her particular expertise lies in the IT, healthcare, defence and infrastructure sectors, from both the perspective of advising on procurement law compliance in addition to the drafting/negotiation of the associated contracts (including contacts based on the CCS Model Services Contract, as well as a range of other recognised forms of public sector contracts including CCS framework/call-off agreements).
