Managing Associate

Katie is a senior associate in the Financial Services Disputes & Investigations team and joined TLT in 2010.
She advises financial institutions and private clients, as both claimant and defendant, on a range of complex and high value financial litigation.
Katie’s work involves claims against a variety of professionals arising out of commercial and retail property transactions, title issues, misrepresentation, tax and trust disputes and reputational issues.
Katie has been on secondment with the legal department of a major high street bank dealing with a variety of matters arising in commercial banking. She uses this experience to deliver practical and commercial recoveries and solutions for her clients, with the focus on cost efficiency.
