• CCA disputes, including defending claims under section 75 and section 140 Consumer Credit Act 1974.
• Misrepresentation and breach of contract claims.
• Title disputes.
• Satisfactory quality disputes.
• Guarantor claims and defences.
• Data breach claims.

• Acting and advising on motor finance commission claims.
• Secondment to a lender as the sole legal adviser for contentious consumer matters, providing support on day-to day legal queries, regulatory compliance and FOS matters.
• Assisting and obtaining injunctive relief, including immediate delivery up orders and a freezing order following fraudulent credit applications.
