- Representing major financial institution clients in mis-selling and unfair relationship claims including cases with multi-jurisdictional issues;
- Advising financial institutions on various consumer complaints pre and post referral to the Financial Ombudsman Service;
- Supporting legal project involving cross jurisdiction investments funds in connection with reviews into AML, source of funds and controls.
