Her experience includes defending proceedings issued against financial institutions which relate to mis-selling of financial products and/or unfair relationship claims. 

Oksana supports financial institutions by advising on dispute resolution strategies including the use of negotiations in the attempt limit exposure to court proceedings.

Jurisdiction: England & Wales

• Representing major financial institution clients in mis-selling and unfair relationship claims including cases with multi-jurisdictional issues;
• Advising financial institutions on various consumer complaints pre and post referral to the Financial Ombudsman Service;
• Supporting legal project involving cross jurisdiction investments funds in connection with reviews into AML, source of funds and controls.
