Oliver is a managing associate in TLT's Banking and Restructuring team.
He has broad experience advising a wide variety of lenders and borrowers on domestic and cross-border finance transactions across a range of sectors including project finance (particularly investment in renewable energy), development, real estate and acquisition finance as well as general corporate lending.
