- Fraud prevention, investigation and recovery
- Title disputes (including “innocent purchaser” investigations)
- Claims for conversion and wrongful interference
- Injunctive relief (including immediate delivery-up orders)
- Vehicle stocking finance disputes
- Misrepresentation claims
- Satisfactory quality claims
- Contentious and / or complex recoveries
- Technical CCA disputes (including claims made against lenders under sections 75 and / or 140A of the CCA)
- FOS complaints
Before qualifying, Roger spent 3 years working for a captive motor finance business. He is therefore able to combine the benefit of in-house experience with his legal training to offer clients a commercially-focused service, specialising in all aspects of motor, asset and consumer finance.
Roger is actively involved in industry trade bodies including the FLA and the BVRLA.
