Sian is an experienced legal operations manager specialising in residential property advice for lenders and fixed charge receivers to include sales (standard and shared ownership), receivership appointment, validation and litigation and complex property issues.
Sian manages our governance and oversight team, ensuring that the policies and processes that are in place to deliver work across our Mortgage Enforcement and Lender Sales teams meets our clients’ regulatory requirements and is to the highest standard.
With over 16 years in the mortgage industry acting for a wide range of lenders, Sian understand the legal and operational aspects of working in partnership with lenders in the retail banking arena.
