Will has a breadth of experience across a range of public and private legal sectors including regulatory investigations and prosecution, public law decision making, property law, and intellectual property.
Most recently he has worked supporting public sector clients in several major public inquiries including the Infected Blood Inquiry and the UK Covid-19 Inquiry, and assisting the Nottingham Inquiry legal team. Will has worked directly with clients, junior and senior counsel, and Inquiry teams covering an array of legal and strategic matters.
Prior to his move to London in 2023 Will provided advice on matters of enforcement for New Zealand’s foreign investment regulator.

Experience
- Supported the Nottingham Inquiry's material provider review team managing a large scale document review project.
- Researched and drafted, as part of a larger team, the corporate witness statement for a core government department for the UK Covid-19 Inquiry, along with the witness statements for former ministers.
- Aided senior counsel to respond to Rule 13 warning letters issued by the Infected Blood Inquiry to a core government department and its former ministers.
