TLT advises vehicle repair franchise on investment from Mobeus Equity Partners

UK law firm TLT has advised the shareholders of Revive! Auto Innovations, the UK's leading mobile SMART repair franchise network, on securing investment from Mobeus Equity Partners, supporting the next phase of the company's growth and expansion.

Founded by Terry Mullen and Mark Llewellyn, Revive! specialises in cosmetic vehicle repair services and has established a strong position in the automotive aftercare sector, serving dealerships, fleet operators, insurers and private vehicle owners through its mobile SMART repair offering. The company has built a national network of franchise operators delivering cosmetic vehicle repair services to retail and trade customers across the UK.

The investment represents a significant milestone for Revive! and will support the business's strategic growth plans, including expanding its franchise network, investing in technology and enhancing its operational capabilities.

The transaction also coincides with the planned retirement of co-founder Terry Mullen, who has played a pivotal role in building the business into one of the UK's most recognised automotive franchise brands.

TLT advised on all aspects of the transaction. The team was led by Corporate Partner Victoria Zivkovic, with support from Greg Mazgajczyk and Alex Morris, Senior Associates, Will Birtwell, Managing Associate, Harry Jenkins, Associate, and Leanne Fryer and William Ngan, Legal Directors.
