Alex has significant experience in general corporate M&A and investment transactions with a particular focus on early-stage investments as well as transactions in the future energy sector.
In addition to his work in practice, Alex has developed an understanding of the financial services sector having also spent time on secondment with key financial services clients including assisting on strategic investments into early-stage companies.

- Advising on an early-stage investment into an overseas blockchain company;
- Assisting with multiple acquisitions and disposals of future energy portfolios including wind, solar and battery assets;
- Working on the acquisition of a specialist waste management group and related group refinancing; and
- Assisting in the sale of a majority stake of an immersive education provider.
