He advises banks, monoline lenders, BNPL providers, funders and FinTechs on all aspects of regulated credit and associated conduct of business requirements.
Ben provides advice to clients on structuring and bringing new and innovative products to market, drafts regulated product terms and notices for loans, credit cards and hire purchase, and advises on complex remediation projects. He also helps unregulated clients through the FCA authorisation process.
He has a particular interest and focus on green finance and is part of industry working groups looking at regulatory reform relating to green finance.
In addition to acting for clients in the financial services sector, Ben also has experience of acting for clients in the retail and consumer goods and the leisure, food and drink sector.
